Here's what it takes to make yours count. 1 year of previous experience Requires a lot of attention to detail Experience with staining, sealing, etc. (preferably in a spray booth environment) Able to lift 35 lbs. Steel-toes Job Duties Perform all aspects of cabinet and millwork finishing, including painting, staining, refinishing, and touch-ups Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to deliver high-quality finishes Select, mix, and match paints and stains based on wood type and grain; perform color matching and re-staining Apply faux finishes, glazing, and antiquing techniques as required Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards Identify and communicate any issues, material needs, or concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all OSHA and safety guidelines Complete required documentation and production records accurately Assist with training team members and support overall shop operations Provide professional and positive service in a team-oriented environment More Than Just a Paycheck.
