General Duties:

Prepare wood surfaces for finishing Apply stains and paints Spray high-quality finish on custom cabinetry Read design drawings and production documents Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met Operate hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking machinery safely Perform quality control to spot imperfections in products Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet The ideal candidate: Punctual and pay attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills with positive attitude Able to read and understand basic shop drawings Able to read and use a tape measure Maintain cleanliness and organization

Qualifications :

Experience with woodworking, manufacturing, power tools, sanding, finishing and/or painting is not required, but is a plus.
