Knot Yet Cabinet Works is looking for a dependable, hands-on Custom Cabinet Shop Worker to join our team. We build high-quality custom cabinetry and architectural millwork, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in making things correctly—not just getting them done. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and seeing a project go from raw materials to a finished product.

What You'll Do Depending on your experience and skill level, your responsibilities may include: Building custom cabinets and cabinetry components Reading and following shop drawings and project specifications Operating woodworking tools and shop equipment safely Cutting, assembling, sanding, and preparing cabinet components Installing hardware and other cabinet components Working with laminates, countertops, and specialty materials Assisting with more advanced custom projects as your skills develop Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Inspecting your work for quality and accuracy Working closely with other cabinet builders, CNC operators, engineers, and project managers Following established production and safety procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work Is dependable and shows up ready to work Pays attention to details and cares about quality Can use basic hand and power tools safely Is comfortable working on their feet and performing physical work throughout the day, able to lift up to 50 pounds Can follow instructions and read measurements accurately Works well as part of a team Is willing to learn and develop new skills Takes ownership of their work and fixes problems rather than passing them along Previous cabinet-making or woodworking experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Experience with construction, carpentry, cabinetry, woodworking, CNC, or other skilled trades is especially valuable. Loyalty at previous jobs is also appreciated. Why Work With Us? Pay:
