Can You Take a Cabinet From Raw Materials to Finished Product? We're looking for an experienced commercial cabinet builder who knows the fabrication process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on cabinet-building experience and is comfortable working in a professional shop environment. You should be able to take a job from raw materials and drawings through fabrication, lamination, assembly, and a completed finished product. This is an experienced position — we're looking for someone who already knows the trade. What You'll Do Build commercial cabinets and millwork from start to finish Read and work from shop drawings, plans, and specifications Measure and lay out materials accurately Operate table saws, panel saws, and other shop equipment Cut and process plywood, MDF, laminates, and other sheet goods Build and assemble cabinets to specification Apply plastic laminate and other cabinet finishes Edge, trim, fit, and finish cabinet components Inspect your work for accuracy and quality Troubleshoot fabrication and fit issues Keep projects moving according to production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has 5+ years of cabinet-building or millwork experience Has commercial cabinet fabrication experience Can confidently operate shop saws and equipment Knows how to build cabinets from drawings and measurements Has hands-on lamination experience Understands cabinet construction and fabrication Can take a project from raw materials to completed product Works independently and takes ownership of their work Has excellent attention to detail Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their craftsmanship Works well in a production/shop environment This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position We're looking for someone who already knows how to build. You should be able to walk into the shop, review the job, understand the materials and drawings, and get to work. Experience with commercial casework, institutional cabinetry, office cabinetry, medical cabinetry, hospitality, schools, or other commercial millwork is a plus.
