Overview The KDR team is growing! We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on cabinetry. This role involves preparing, finishing, and inspecting cabinets to ensure they meet our high standards of craftsmanship. The Cabinet Finisher will work closely with other team members to achieve project goals in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying primer as needed. Apply stains, paints, and finishes to cabinets using various techniques and tools. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring all specifications are met. Collaborate with cabinet installers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of finished products. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing minor repairs as necessary. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to promote a safe working environment.
