Job Description
We Pursue a Higher StandardWe are a U.S.-based, well-diversified, growing precious metals producer with seven wholly-owned operations: the New Afton gold-copper mine in British Columbia, Canada, the Rainy River gold-silver mine in Ontario, Canada, the Las Chispas silver-gold mine in Sonora, Mexico, the Palmarejo gold-silver mine in Chihuahua, Mexico, the Rochester silver-gold mine in Nevada, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska and the Wharf gold mine in South Dakota. In addition, the Company wholly-owns the Silvertip polymetallic critical minerals exploration project in British Columbia, Canada.
Coeur Rochester is an open pit, heap leach silver and gold operation. The Rochester mine has the companys distinct position as Coeurs largest expansion investment project in its 95-year history. The expansion project initiated commercial production in Q1 2024 and is currently in ramp-up, targeting a tripling of production rates from historical. Additionally, Rochester has the largest silver reserve asset in the United States. Coeur Rochester has been an integral part of the local community for over 30 years and is committed to supporting its cultural heritage, educational programs, and health and wellness programs. Perform all pre-shift, pre-op and workplace inspections as required.
Communicate all pertinent information during shift relief.
Follow good housekeeping practicesOnly operate equipment or systems for which training has been provided.
Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify conditions or defects that may impact employee safety, environmental compliance, property damage or reliability of equipment and take necessary steps to mitigate defects. (Make basic repairs if employee has training, skill, and knowledge or generate work request in work management system.)Conduct detailed equipment inspections as assigned, document deficiencies and generate work requests. (Safety equipment and plant equipment)Maintain circuit operating parameters within designated limitsEnsure all sampling is conducted at designated intervals, accurately processed, and results documented as defined by procedureOperate assigned circuit(s) within specified standards to ensure federal/state/local/site requirements/regulationsUnderstand process flows and equipment fundamentals to properly execute LOTO, & trouble shooting actions as requiredWork with team members to effectively and efficiently complete tasksPerform other duties as required
Will hire entry level based on experience.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position, including working in hot or cold weather conditions requiredDemonstrated ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision requiredProven safety and attendance record requiredMinimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience working in a processing facility preferredKnowledge of high pressure/high temperature systems preferredDirect experience working in the Process or Mining environment preferredExperience in handling chemicals and reagents preferredExperience in other phases of gold ore processing preferredThe ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.

Job:
The Process Operator will ensure safe and efficient operation of various processing circuits/equipment including but not limited to: carbon-in-leach, resin-in-leach, elution (carbon/resin), autoclaves, roasters, thickeners, retort/induction furnaces, solution balance, sample collection, data recording, retrieval of sample data.Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor in support of general plant clean-up and assist other process operators.Perform all pre-shift, pre-op and workplace inspections as required.

$28.01 - 45.34 (DOE)Rotating Shifts:
