What You'll Do As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in producing mission-critical aerospace components by: Setting up CNC mills and lathes while performing first-piece inspections and program verification Machining precision aerospace components from castings, forgings, and billet materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and high-nickel alloys Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T requirements Inspecting parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and superior quality Operating vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers with minimal supervision Working closely with Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency Prioritizing production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards Contributing to a safety-focused, team-oriented manufacturing environment dedicated to continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're searching for machinists who are passionate about precision manufacturing and committed to producing quality work. ✔ Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience ✔ Strong setup experience with CNC mills and/or lathes ✔ Solid understanding of GD&T ✔ Ability to read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints ✔ Experience using precision measuring equipment ✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills ✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities ✔ Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to quality ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why You'll Love Working Here When you join Precise Metal Products, you're joining a company that values your skills and invests in your success.
