Job Summary We are actively seeking a CNC Operator with a minimum of one year of experience in Fanuc Control and proficiency in Alphacam. The candidate will operate a 3 Axis CNC router, specializing in the precision cutting of wood, foam, and plastics. Responsibilities include the meticulous nesting of parts, proficient tooling, and systematic organization of components for cutting. A background in manufacturing is highly advantageous. Emphasizing a bespoke approach, we do not engage in mass production; instead, our cases are skillfully crafted to order, necessitating a keen attention to detail. The chosen candidate will play an integral role within our CNC department, where responsibilities encompass precise interpretation of blueprints for accurate panel cutting utilizing our CNC machine.

Primary Responsibilities:

Programming multiple CNC machines utilizing Alphacam. Proper nesting of parts to ensure minimal waste and maximum efficiency. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. Exhibit computer proficiency with basic understanding of programming and/or CAD/CAM. Keep the work area clean and organized. Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, routing, cutting, etc. on foam, carpet, wood Monitor tool usage and request replacements as needed. Supervise machine operations, adjusting as needed for optimal results. Inspect and measure finished products against requirements for quality assurance. Lift heavy sheets of wood, plastic, or foam onto the machine. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Manage stock inventory of essential parts, including wood panels Utilize tools and equipment such as calipers, tape measures, and various small hand tools.

Requirements:
