This role is ideal for a skilled CNC professional who is confident with machine setup, operation, program editing, precision measurement, and producing high-quality machined components to exact specifications. The position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule in a manufacturing environment where quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. Candidates who enjoy hands-on machining, troubleshooting, and working with supportive production, engineering, and quality teams will be well aligned with this opportunity. Key Responsibilities Perform complete CNC machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and program verification. Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, vertical boring mills, and related CNC equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, tolerances, and work instructions. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Identify machining, tooling, programming, or quality issues and collaborate with supervisors, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve them. Maintain accurate production records, complete inspection documentation, perform routine machine care, and follow all safety and ISO quality procedures.
