  • Adecco is assisting an established manufacturing client in recruiting for a
  • CNC Programmer/Machine Operator
•. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional who has strong programming and machining skills and is committed to producing quality precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality inspections, and optimizing machining processes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Program, set up, and operate various CNC Vertical Mills and CNC Lathes.
+ Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam, including 5-axis programming applications. + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. + Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency. + Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. + Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications and tolerances. + Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to minimize downtime. + Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • 2 years of experience

  • Mastercam 5-axis programming
  • . + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. + Experience using manual inspection tools, including: + Micrometers + Calipers + Gauges and other precision measuring equipment + Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing best practices. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
