CNC Setter - Multi axis twin-turret/twin-spindle Lathes Loutech - 3.3 Chino, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time $32 - $42 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Machine setup Equipment setup (production tasks) Machining tool setup High school diploma or GED Trade school Milling machines Full Job Description We are expanding our exceptional team and have an opening for a CNC mill-turn setter. Successful candidates must be an expert at setting various CNC multi-axis lathes with limited assistance and supervision in accordance with the established shop practices and product specific procedures. Primary Requirements Set up Multi axis, twin turret / twin spindle Lathes. C axis, Y axis Knowledge of mills a plus Candidate Responsibilities Setup and prove out programs on machines for FAI approval. (Depending on complexity, cost and quantity of the part, you may also have to run some production.) Edit and improve existing programs. Assist operators and troubleshoot machines when necessary. Work with shop lead to improve production methods. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience or the equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Candidate Should Possess The candidate should also be an United States citizen or possess valid permanent resident card or work permit. Positive and strong self-starter attitude. Strong pattern recognition capabilities. Proactive communication skills with the ability to get along with others in a team based environment. Ability to take pride in your work. Strong bias for common sense and recognition. A motivation to be challenged and thrive under pressure of deadlines. Ability to be attention oriented and show strengths in performing repeat work with high precision. The successful candidate, will receive a generous wage package of $32 to 42+ per hour depending on skill and experience. Our assignments offer some of the industry's highest pay rates, and we can guarantee you a minimum of 40 hours of work each week.
