DMG MORI NTX
multi-tasking machines. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and supporting production of precision components in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and perform basic setups on Okuma Multus and
DMG MORI NTX
machines Load programs, set tools, adjust offsets, and verify correct machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and GD&T Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Perform first-piece checks and complete in-process inspections Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S practices Communicate with leads, programmers, and quality to resolve issues Follow safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications:
2-4 years CNC operating experience (Level 2 or equivalent) Hands-on experience running Okuma Multus and/or
DMG MORI NTX
machines Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Proficiency with precision measuring instruments Basic understanding of tool offsets, wear adjustments, and machine controls Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Work in a machine shop environment
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
