Strong attendance and reliability are critical for this position. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator with a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience operating CNC machining equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines, producing precision parts according to specifications, performing quality inspections, and ensuring safe and efficient machine operation. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture quality parts according to specifications. Work with Okuma and Haas CNC machines. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents. Perform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performance. Inspect completed parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify machine-related issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Work independently while meeting production goals and deadlines. Required Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating CNC mills preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret:
Blueprints Work instructions Technical drawings Ability to use measuring instruments for quality checks, including: Calipers Micrometers Gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
