1 CNC Milling Operator 1 CNC Millturn Operator 2 CNC Turning Operators Position Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators with backgrounds in Milling, Millturn, or Turning. The ideal candidates will have strong manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate CNC machining equipment while producing high-quality precision parts. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, making routine machine adjustments, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Milling, Millturn, or Turning machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications. Operate Okuma and Haas CNC machines (where applicable). Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents. Perform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performance. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify machine-related issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures. Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality expectations. Required Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in one or more of the following: CNC Milling CNC Millturn CNC Turning Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret:
Blueprints Technical drawings Work instructions Experience using precision measuring tools, including: Calipers Micrometers Gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
