Job details Summary Spherion $17.00 per hour Temp to Perm 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_179225 Job details Load and operate CNC machine to turn, cut, mill or form metal parts and check machined parts to drawing. Shift Responsibilities:
Loads raw materials into machine Start automatic machine operation Review drawing and routing to determine characteristics and dimensions of finished part ... Measure completed parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges and/or indicators for conformance to drawing and routing specifications Adjust machine controls or tool positions to correct malfunctions or out of tolerance condition Identify, log and notify supervisor of discrepancies Observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools, bar miss-feeds, etc.

11:00 PM - 7:00
AM Skills:
Previous CNC Experience Ability to Read Blueprints Experience with Lathe, Milling, Micrometers, Calipers and Setup.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to read and understand shop drawings and blueprints.
