CNC Machine Operator

(Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a CNC Machine Operator with CNC machining experience who can accurately read a tape measure and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist coworkers and operate additional machinery as needed.

Essential Duties:

Operate CNC machines and related production equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and work instructions accurately Load materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production Inspect finished products to verify specifications and tolerances are met Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized Assist team members with production tasks and operate additional machinery when required Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards

Requirements/Skills:

Previous CNC machine operating experience required Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support coworkers Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production needs Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment around machinery and noise Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
