Job Description
Position:
Lead CNC Setup Operator Location:
Wauconda, IL Shift/Hours:
3rd shift | 10:30pm- 7am
- You will train on 1st shift (6:30am
- 4pm) for 2-3 weeks of training before transitioning to 3rd shift
Required Experience:
- 10 years minimum CNC Lathe operating experience
- 5 years of experience as a Lead
- Able to set up and operate up to 4 machines (total 14 machines in shop)
- Bar Feeder
- FANUC
- Multi-Spindle & Multi-Turret
- Live tool knowledge
- Cutting 314 & 316 stainless steel
- GMN Code
- Ability to troubleshoot alarms and down machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift Certified (client will certify as long as you have previous forklift experience)
Pay:
$80,000.00- $90,000.
