Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a CNC Milling Operator to support daily production on approved CNC milling jobs in a precision manufacturing environment. This role reports to a lead machinist or supervisor and focuses on operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines, maintaining part flow, following documented work instructions, and supporting quality standards throughout each shift. This is a strong fit for someone with foundational CNC milling experience, basic blueprint reading ability, and comfort using precision measurement tools. The right person will be detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in precision manufacturing while continuing to develop skills in inspection, shop math, and advanced milling operations.
