As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Willingness to work with sheet metal during CNC downtime Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
