Proactively manage tooling health and make necessary offsets to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime. Maintain a pristine and safe workspace, adhering to established quality management system protocols. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing effective technical solutions. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Demonstrated proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and lathes. Advanced ability to read blueprints and perform precision measurements. Strong understanding of CNC machine controllers and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently.
