Nights Monday - Thursday 4 pm to 2 am plus $1 shift premium

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for a dedicated operator who takes pride in producing high-quality parts, maintaining tight tolerances, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a 4x10-hour shift, allowing for 3-day weekends every week!
Key Responsibilities:
Operation:
Run and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts according to blueprints and job instructions.
Quality Control:
Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gages) to verify parts are within tolerance.
Tooling:
Change cutting tools, monitor tool wear, and adjust tool offsets as needed.
Process Maintenance:
Monitor machines during production, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain proper coolant levels.
Documentation:
Complete production logs, quality records, and inspection reports accurately.
Safety & Maintenance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and perform daily housekeeping of the work area and equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3+ years of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes in a job shop environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and GD&T. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious attitude.

Available, but not mandatory.
