Armadio is a growing cabinet manufacturer in Dundee, MI, building a modern production facility from the ground up. We've invested in brand new CNC equipment and are looking for a dependable CNC Operator to help keep production running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on machine operation, quality, and efficiency . What You'll Do Machine Operation Set up and operate CNC routers for cabinet components Load materials and run jobs accurately Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent output Make basic adjustments to keep jobs running smoothly Quality Control Perform first-piece inspections Check parts for accuracy and quality Catch issues early before they become bigger problems Production Support Read cutlists, shop drawings, and job paperwork Work with the team to keep jobs moving on schedule Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For 1+ year CNC machine operation experience (woodworking preferred, not required) Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment Ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings Detail-oriented and reliable Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts Nice to have (but not required): Cabinet or woodworking experience Exposure to CNC software (Mozaik or similar) Forklift experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) What This Job Is Like Brand new machines—not constantly fixing old equipment Day shift, consistent schedule (Monday-Friday) Team-oriented environment Steady workflow as production ramps up Why Armadio Competitive hourly pay Stable, full-time position Opportunity to grow as the company expands Be part of building a shop the right way from the start
