AM Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Contract to Hire Responsibilities Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes and milling machines Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous experience operating lathe and/or milling machines preferred Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift 1+ year experience with CNC, Lathe and/or Mill
