Job Description
CNC Operator Location:
Three Rivers, Michigan Pay:
$18.00 per hourSchedule:
1st Shift- Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Fridays off

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform minor machine adjustments as needed
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC lathe or machining experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and job instructions
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs when necessary
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
