Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who is interested in learning machining and building a career in aerospace machining.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - PAID ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROVIDED.
This position is designed for someone with good mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in CNC machining, manual machining, precision inspection, and furnace operation. Job Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes Perform hand machining and finishing operations Inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy Use precision measuring equipment Follow drawings, work instructions, and established procedures Load, unload, and process components through furnace operations after training Maintain accurate and consistent workmanship Keep machines, tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Follow company safety and quality requirements Work with other team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately Qualifications Previous machining experience is not required. We will train the right person. We are looking for someone who has: Strong work ethic Dependable attendance Mechanical aptitude Good attention to detail Willingness to learn Basic math skills Ability to work with hand tools and machinery Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous experience in machining, CNC machining, manufacturing, automotive repair, mechanics, welding, fabrication, maintenance, or other hands-on work is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, takes pride in their work, and is interested in developing long-term skills in the machining and manufacturing industry. Must be able to pass drug screening per FAA requirements.
