3:00 PM•1:30 AM, Monday•Friday Benefits of the CNC machining technician position: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan / 401(k) Paid time off and vacation Training and skill-building opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work on a variety of machined parts Responsibilities of the CNC machining technician: Operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce machined components Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean Monitor equipment for malfunctions or deviations during production Record production activity and inspection results accurately Work with programmers, engineers, and quality personnel as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace Qualifications of the CNC machining technician: Minimum 5 years of hands-on machining experience in a manufacturing environment Minimum 1 year of CNC programming experience Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills for diagnosing machine and setup issues
