CNC Operator 2nd Shift

CNC Operator 2nd Shift Valley Staffing is seeking candidates for a second shift CNC operator position. This is a long term, temp-to-hire position.

Duties:

• Measure finished products using precision measuring instruments
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform required machining functions
• Review work instructions to determine machine operations and sequencing
• Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments as needed
• Maintain machines, and replace tools when needed
• Follow all safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of CNC operating experience, preferably 5 plus years
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to problem solve
• Proficiency with CAD software programs and CAM software programs
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft office products, Outlook, and Adobe
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs at times
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Pay:

$23

• 26/hr
