This position is well-suited for individuals who prefer independent work and want to build a long-term career in machining. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience and skill level Benefits Paid holidays Vacation time Health insurance Work Environment Clean metal shop Heated and air-conditioned facility Professional and stable work environment Key Responsibilities Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components Read and interpret blueprints accurately Use calipers to inspect parts and verify dimensions Measure materials using a tape measure with confidence Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all operations Requirements Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience using calipers and measuring tools Ability to read a tape measure without error Some prior experience required Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance Willingness to learn and grow within the role Positive attitude toward work and responsibilities Mechanical skills are a plus Valid driver's license Training and Growth On-the-job training is available to advance knowledge and skills. This role is ideal for someone with basic experience who wants to develop further and build a career as a CNC Mill Operator.
