Kernersville Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operators with strong technical abilities to set up, operate, and run production on CNC woodworking equipment. This role is critical to ensuring machines run efficiently, safely, and consistently produce high-quality components according to specifications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with CNC machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced automated wood processing equipment used to manufacture closet and cabinetry components.
Primary Duties:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC woodworking equipment such as edge banders, nested-based CNC routers, panel saws, and machining centers Load programs, set tooling, and adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD/CAM files, and work orders Change tooling, calibrate machines, and verify alignment and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate equipment issues, process improvements, and maintenance needs to supervisors and team members #DHIR21
