The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is essential for ensuring the precision and quality of our products while adhering to safety and operational standards. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineers and other team members to fabricate fixtures/parts according to specifications. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per technical drawings and specifications. Set up and calibrate CNC equipment for optimal performance. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the production area. Use hand tools, panel saw to cut material , and other equipment safely and effectively. Package finished products for shipment or storage as required. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with fabricating parts using various materials. Ability to operate hand tools and forklifts safely. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Lathe experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
