TNT Precision LLC has been a manufacturer of complex machined components in Hudson NH for over 25 years, servicing an established customer base with a strong focus in lasers/optics/photonics. We operate a clean, air conditioned shop for both employee comfort and machining consistency. We are currently seeking multiple, self reliant candidates with strong vertical CNC machining experience to join our team. ________________________________________________________________
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Using detailed processes, setup and operation of vertical CNC milling machines to manufacture complex components with tight tolerances using Makino, Kitamura, Matsuura, HAAS, Doosan and Robodrill machining centers. Work from in-depth instructions using established inspection standards to assure products are machined to exacting customer requirements. Work with aluminum (90%), steels, plastics and exotic metals. Make appropriate adjustments and decisions as required to maintain quality standards. Maintain inspection criteria as required using Q.C. generated inspection reports. Keep machinery and area organized. CNC Lathe and/or 5 axis milling experience a plus. ________________________________________________________________
JOB REQUIREMENTS
: Proficient using vertical CNC milling machine controls, following documented setup procedures to ensure quality standards are met. G&M code knowledge. Knowledge of GD&T principles and inspection methods to ensure compliance to customer prints. Proficiency at using standard shop inspection equipment (micrometer, caliper height gauge). Ability to follow in depth instructions to assure all products are to stringent customer specifications. Flexible and able to multitask. Must be reliable and able to complete 5 day workweeks. _______________________________________________________________
PARTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma.
