About the company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens and all other residential millwork design, manufacture, and installation. We are seeking an experienced full-time CNC Machine Operator to set up and independently run our CNC machinery to effectively produce millwork parts within our custom specifications in a fast-paced shop environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in set-up and operation of CNC millwork machinery required. Ability to train/follow custom specifications for set up and operation of our CNC equipment.
Machine experience:
Edgebander, Drill Tech, Sander, and CNC Router. • Experience with tooling and router bits. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to regularly lift and carry up t¬o 50 lbs. Must be able to work overtime whenever needed, including Saturdays as required. Must be able to work full-time hours beginning at 6am. Punctual, responsible, attention to detail a must. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Review blueprints and shop orders for CNC millwork parts. Set up and operate CNC millwork machinery to produce custom millwork parts. Utilize appropriate measuring instruments to ensure that millwork parts are meeting specifications and quality. Inspect materials prior to running CNC. Inspect cut parts to ensure they meet specifications. Communicate effectively with office CNC programmers and executive team as required. Preventative maintenance through routine machine inspections. General maintenance of the CNC machine and surrounding area. Other miscellaneous shop tasks as required, including but not limited to light assembly of parts, set up and operation of other machinery, and loading/unloading of materials.
Please note:
this is a full-time position with mandatory overtime as needed which includes Saturdays as required. Pay dependent on skills and experience.
