Job Overview RC Imaging is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Assembly Technician and CNC Mill Operator to join our production team. This dual-role position involves assembling medical imaging accessories with precision and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high quality components. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities Assembly Technician Duties:

Assemble medical imaging accessories and components according to assembly drawings and work instructions. Perform mechanical assembly tasks including soldering, wiring, and fastening components. Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards. Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all safety protocols.

CNC Mill Operator Duties:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machine operations and specifications. Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and perform basic maintenance. Conduct final article inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensure proper documentation of production logs and quality reports. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly and/or CNC mill operation is a plus. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
