Position Summary The CNC Swiss Setup Operator plays a critical role in supporting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for setting up and operating Citizen Swiss machines, troubleshooting issues, making offsets and tool changes, and ensuring machines continue running efficiently throughout production. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about precision manufacturing. This individual will work closely with production and quality teams to improve processes, reduce scrap, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
