$20.00+ per hour | Full-Time | Urgently Hiring 193 Litton Drive, Lexington, SC 29072 Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview:
We are urgently hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Lathe Operator to join our precision machining team. This role is ideal for someone with experience operating Swiss-style CNC lathes and producing high-quality machined components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience as a Swiss Machine Operator , CNC Lathe Operator , Machinist , Equipment Operator , or have worked in a precision machining or warehouse/manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate Swiss-style CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. Utilize Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma CNC controls to perform machining operations. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Set up and run jobs from established programs and print drawings. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to verify specifications and tolerances. Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments as needed. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Meet daily production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience operating Swiss CNC machines strongly preferred. Previous experience as a Swiss Machine Operator , CNC Lathe Operator , Machine Operator , Equipment Operator , or similar manufacturing role. Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Okuma controls preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot minor machining issues and make basic machine adjustments. Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
Physical Demands:
Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
