Experience The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented and a problem solver. We are interested in someone who enjoys working with their hands, has mechanical aptitude, and will be successful with limited supervision. A strong work ethic and an ability to follow directions and meet production schedules will be a plus.

Essential Duties:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machine for production
• Adjust tools and replace as necessary
• Perform daily maintenance of machines as required
• Read and understand layouts and blueprints for complex parts (includes Geometric Tolerancing)
• Perform necessary side operations as required
• Work as a team member to aid all shifts and support personnel to operate to departmental standards including quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Operate forklift and maintain warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
