NATURE OF WORK

Produces precision components using CNC equipment. Set up, operation and adjusting machinery to fabricate customer components. CNC experience and with Hwacheon, Kits, HAAS, WIA, Mori,& Murata's.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up tools and loading of material into CNC machine. Carry out machining of components. Recognize and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling. Clearly communicate problems and issues to Supervisor. Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements. Collects and reports required data. Comply with quality policies, specifications, and regulations. Perform daily and regular cleaning tasks on CNC machinery. Abide by all company safety procedures and personal protection equipment requirements. All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Work is performed under the supervision of the Machine Shop Supervisor and/or Plant Manager. Resume listing last 3 (min) places of employment with contact addresses and phone # for contacting. Resume must also list a min of 3 references, 1 from each place of employment listed. They will be checked. Must be able to read a micrometer/caliper and be familiar with go/no go gauges. Must be able to read blueprints, to change inserts & able to adjust offsets. I would like for the resumes to be submitted to me only for review. I will inform of days and times for interviews. They will be tested so please screen out the ones that say they can but really can't. They will be temporary to permanent (90 days probation). Possibility of shorter time period on hiring and we might be flexible to hire directly for a "special" candidate.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
