The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes, press brake, and plasma table work. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with complex specifications to produce high-quality components. Operate manual machines, including lathes and press brake to produce precision parts according to specifications. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to reproduce parts from these requirements is required. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and/or measuring tape to ensure accuracy of finished products. Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles in the manufacturing process. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Experience Proficiency in CAD programming is highly desirable. Familiarity with operating manual press break, lathes and other machine tools is preferred. Strong basic math skills for calculations related to machining tasks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is required. Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, is required. Knowledge of GD&T principles is beneficial for ensuring product quality.
