Rate:

$20-$25/hr. : TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a CNC Mill/Wire EDM Machine Operator for a precision manufacturing facility. This position will set up and operate CNC Mill and Wire EDM equipment used to produce progressive dies and precision components, with opportunities to cross-train in Tool & Die maintenance and repair. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in CNC machining, Wire EDM, machine operation, Tool & Die, or a related manufacturing environment, with experience operating CNC Mills or Wire EDM equipment highly preferred. Must be able to read blueprints and mechanical drawings, use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers, perform basic machine setups and adjustments, and inspect parts to ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to learn both CNC Mill and Wire EDM operations while developing additional Tool & Die skills; previous die shop, progressive die, tooling, or tight-tolerance machining experience is a plus.
