Requirements:
Previous experience setting-up and operating CNC machines / Ability to read, understand, and follow operating instructions, blueprints and safety rules / Ability to use gauges, calipers, micrometersWhat You Will Be Doing:
- Operate various CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Produce components to established quality levels and cycle times
- Execute based on provided blueprints
- Measure parts to ensure conformance to established specifications
- Perform set-ups and change overs based on different parts
- Run various machines within the manufacturing plant
- Load raw materials and unload parts throughout shift
- Maintain machines with routine preventative maintenance What You Need for this
Position:
- Previous experience operating a CNC machine
- Minimum High School or Technical school
- Understanding of machining processes and manufacturing operations
- Past experience using micrometers, calipers, and gages for quality assurance procedures
- Basic proficiency with Mathematics
- Experience reading and executing blueprints
- Ability to follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Benefits
