Job Summary The machine operator applies principals for CNC machine operating, took off-setting, inspect machine parts, deburr parts, accurate data keeping, and basic maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:

Follows documented procedures for generating assigned production work daily. Utilizes a microscope to inspect parts and identify quality issues Refers to blueprints to ensure jobs are processed in accordance with specifications Monitors equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order. Recommends maintenance and repair Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Requirements Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machine Operator in a machining or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred. Demonstrated ability using windows based computers Strong work ethic, is reliable to report to work every day, and works a full shift and overtime as needed. Flexible and willing to work on a variety of jobs depending on business need Analytical ability Detail orientation Strong oral and written communication skills Why Join Biomerics?
