Swing shift:
2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. With current overtime, operators are finishing around midnight. Summary Atlas Seals is hiring experienced CNC operators for day and swing shifts. You'll operate CNC machines using established programs and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality. Bring your CNC operating experience and measurement skills, and we'll train you on machine setups. Programming experience is a bonus, not a requirement. What You'll Do Operate CNC machines using existing programs. Monitor production and inspect parts against specifications using calipers and micrometers. Identify and report machining or quality issues. Learn and perform machine setups with training. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating CNC machines. Ability to use calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect parts. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work. Willingness to learn machine setup procedures. Prior setup experience is not required. Programming or program-editing skills are a plus, but neither is required.
