Operate CNC equipment to insert hardware into sheet metal. Join metal sheets using spot-welding equipment. Set up, clean, and maintain machine tooling. Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy. Maintain efficient production while meeting quality standards. Handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand. Count, organize, and stack finished parts. Deburr finished parts. Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with equipment malfunctions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company procedures, safety rules, and production requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Comfortable using a computer to operate manufacturing equipment. Excellent attendance and dependability. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Preferred Skills - Not Required Experience setting up and operating CNC manufacturing equipment. Ability to read basic blueprints. Experience using calipers and other precision measuring tools.
