This role is responsible for setting up and operating ODID grinding machines to produce high-precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Set up and operate

• Load and adjust machine programs as needed
• Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Monitor grinding operations and make adjustments to maintain tolerances
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and part counts

• Prior experience operating CNC grinding equipment preferred (ODID grinding a plus)
• 2+ years of machining experience, including machine setup and inspection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of G-code programming preferred
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
