This role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts to specification
• Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and quality
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production records and part counts
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow

• Prior experience operating CNC lathes or similar machining equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong basic math skills for measurement and calculations
