Schedule is Monday-Thursday
  • 3pm•2am.

Summary Operate CNC routers using existing programs to cut aluminum sheet and boat components Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Start, monitor, and stop machine cycles safely and observes operation. Load, align, and secure heavy-gauge aluminum material on CNC router tables Assist with basic setup, tool changes, and material changeovers Inspect parts for accuracy, edge quality, and fit before welding Use basic measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, gauges) Follow job travelers, drawings, and manufacturing instructions Work around overhead cranes, vacuum tables, and material handling equipment Removes and replaces cutting tool when worn or damaged or when new cutting tool is specified by operation sheets. Maintain clean machines and organized work areas Support welding and fabrication teams by producing accurate, consistent parts Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Candidates must be able to pass a post-employment physical test and drug screening. Must be 18 years old.
