Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
