Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss & Multi-Task Supervisor to lead our precision machining team. This role is ideal for a senior CNC professional ready to step into a leadership position, combining hands-on Swiss-style/multi-task programming expertise with team supervision. What You'll Do Supervise and mentor CNC machinists and setup operators Program, set up, and operate 5-axis Swiss-style and multi-task mill-turn equipment Develop and optimize G-code and CAM toolpaths for complex, precision components Troubleshoot programs, fixturing, and tooling to resolve production issues Drive process improvement for cycle time, repeatability, and quality Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements Coordinate scheduling and workflow to meet production targets Train team members on programming, setup, and machine operation What You Bring 5+ years of CNC machining experience, with programming/setup and prior leadership experience preferred Hands-on experience with Swiss-style/multi-task equipment (e.g., TSUGAMI-SWISS, DMG

MORI NTX-1000, OKUMA MULTUS, DN SOLUTIONS PUMA

SMX, or similar) Advanced

programming experience is a plus. Strong G-code programming skills, written from scratch Experience with 5-axis machining, mill-turn, and CNC turning Background in complex part manufacturing and precision machining Quality-focused manufacturing experience (medical device, aerospace, or similarly regulated industry a plus) Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team Familiarity with JobBOSS or similar ERP systems a plus Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ITAR and Hi-QA a plus
