Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-precision parts. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure program accuracy and efficiency. Perform quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise. Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and revisions for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology. Qualifications Proven experience in CNC programming. Proficiency in CAM software, particularly Mastercam. Experiience with Siemens controls & CamPlete Verification Software. Strong understanding of CNC lathe operations and machining principles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
