You'll translate blueprints into Mazatrol or G-code, set machines for first-article runs, and keep production flowing with precision and speed. A day in the life Review part prints, plan the sequence, and write original programs in Mazatrol or G-code directly at the machine. Set up CNC lathes (2-4 axis) including installing fixtures, loading tools, setting tool registers, and dialing in work/geometry offsets. Configure machine control parameters and run first-piece samples, validating results before releasing to production. Monitor live cycles, catch malfunctions early, and fine-tune feeds, speeds, and toolpaths to stabilize the process.
